Our Solid Perfume recipe is simple to make long lasting

Solid perfume looks similar to lip balm and can be stored in a metal lip balm canister, a recycled pillbox or a small jar. Just be sure not to accidentally use it on your lips.

Solid Perfume Base

1 tablespoon beeswax, grated
1 tablespoon almond oil
8 drops essential oils, blend (refer below in instructions for the recipe)

In a small double boiler, heat the almond oil and essential oils (whichever combination you choose) together until just warm. Stir well until completely blended. Stir in beeswax. Continue to stir until completely melted. Pour into small glass, metal or plastic containers. Let perfume cool completely. To use, rub finger over surface of perfume and then onto your pulse points or wherever you like to wear fragrance.

To make a fruity scent, use 3 drops of peach oil, 3 drops of sweet orange oil and 2 drops of chamomile oil.

For a spicy aroma, you will need 3 drops of clove oil, 3 drops of sandalwood oil and 2 drops of cinnamon oil.

Try an exotic perfume, blend 5 drops of vanilla oil and 3 drops of ylang-ylang oil.

Note: If you are looking for high-quality therapeutic grade essential oils, I highly recommend Young Living. I am simply in love with their products, they are a part of nearly every facet of my life.
